I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2014 and have worked in various settings including non-profit and school systems. I work with adolescents and adults individually while specializing in play therapy for younger and older children. I offer Telehealth as well.
My specialties include child/adolescent issues, school concerns, autism, parental support, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma.
I believe each person has the innate ability to foster his or her own growth, with the appropriate support and environment. My role is to listen empathically while providing a nonjudgmental environment so that you can begin or continue your personal journey.
